I earned my Ph.D. in August 2007 in the Software Construction Research Group (Ticsw), Department of Systems and Computing Engineering, University of Los Andes.
I worked as Instructor professor at University of Los Andes from 1996 to 1998.
Between 1994 and 1996 I developed terrestrial navigation software and vehicle tracking systems based on GPS and Wireless communication technologies.
In 1994, I obtained my Master’s degree from the University of Los Andes.
In 1992 I earned my B.S. in Systems and Computing Engineering from the same University.
